• Infants aged 0-3 may attend free of charge provided they don’t require a seat
• Minimum of two passengers required for tour to go ahead. In case of cancellation, you can choose an alternative date or receive a full refund

• Routes and flight paths may vary due to weather and traffic control or at the pilot’s discretion
• Flights are subject to favourable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather, passengers will be given the option of an alternative time and/or date. In the instance that rescheduling is not a possibility, you will be offered a full refund
• Kakadu Air will contact guests to determine your weight. Kakadu Air operates light aircraft and take-off weight is a safety issue. They will not fly over weight or compromise safety. Maximum weight is 130kg per person
• Kakadu Air reserves the following rights, to cancel, or to postpone any flight without notice should a circumstance occur that might represent a threat to the safe conduct of the flight or tour
• In refusing service to any person or persons for reason of drunkenness, annoyance, offence, or threat to flight passengers or crew, Kakadu Air refuses liability for any inconvenience or cost related to their refusal for the passenger or freight to travel
