• Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to reservation date will not incur a cancellation fee
• Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available: Sunday – Friday: Check-in begins at 4.30pm; doors open at 5.15pm. Show runs from 5.30pm–7.45pm.
• Not valid: Saturday
• Transfer Upgrade: Return shared transfers pick-up/drop-off from the following locations only: Ala Moana Hotel, 1831 Ala Moana Blvd., Hotel LaCroix, Hokulani Waikiki by Hilton Grand Vacations (Lewers Street Entrance), Hyatt Regency Waikiki, Twin Fin, or Kahala Resort (Resorts guests only). Please be at your pick-up point at least 15 minutes prior to departure time
• Valet parking is also available on-site from $10USD per car, subject to availability
