• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day: Departs 9am; returns 3pm (approximately)

• Departure Point: Margaret River Visitor Centre – 100 Bussell Hwy, Margaret River WA 6285
• Pick-up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers are available within a 10km radius of Margaret River Information Centre, including Prevelley & Gnarabup. Please email All About Margaret River Tours directly via info@allaboutmargaretriver.com.au to organise pick-up time and location
• Please ensure you are at the pick-up or departure location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Drinks (not mentioned above), take-home produce and merchandise
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• All About Margaret River Tours will contact you the day before to confirm your pick-up time and location
• Please allow up to seven hours for this experience, including travel time
• Set menu restrictions apply for lunch. Any excess amount is payable directly to venue(s)
• Dietary requirements can be accommodated with minimum 72 hours’ prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking

Terms & Conditions:

• Maximum 11 guests per tour
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip will be cancelled or rescheduled at least two days in advance
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
