• Available Friday: Check-in 6pm. Departs 6.30pm; returns 8.30pm. Guests must arrive on-time for check-in

• Departure point: Mariners Cove Marina, Berth 95, Arm D, next to the Helicopter Pad, located on 60-70 Seaworld Drive, Main Beach
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time for check-in. Late arrivals and no-shows to check-in voids offer and no refunds apply

• Spirit of Gold Coast is fully licensed with a bar providing a range of beer, wine, cocktails, frozen cocktails and mixers for sale (own expense)

• All ticket sales must be confirmed with Spirit of Gold Coast by phone or email. Bookings are essential. Walk-ins are not permitted
• Free parking is available at Mariners Cove car park, subject to availability

Cancellation Policy:

• Tickets are non-refundable once booked
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled cruise for any reason, Spirit of Gold Coast will help you to reschedule your cruise for an alternate day (subject to availability)
• All decisions regarding cancelled cruises will be made by the Operations Manager and are considered final
• A refund will be only be provided if Spirit of Gold Coast has made the decision to cancel your cruise. Spirit of Gold Coast will notify all passengers by email and SMS. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details are accurate. Booking fees for online payments are not refundable

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability
• Amendments made within 24 hours will be subject to an administrative fee
