Things to know
- Bookings are on request only and must be submitted at least 5 days in advance
- Advise name of hotel when booking so transfers can be confirmed
- After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address

- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:
- Available every day: Departs: 7.30am, 10am, 1pm and 3.30pm
Important:
- Drivers must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license from their home country
- Non-driving passengers joining the lead buggy can be 14 years and above
- Private buggy has a maximum capacity of four passengers
- A security deposit of AED5,000 (by cash or credit card) will be taken at the venue prior to the Dune Buggy Adventure. Once the experience is complete with no damages, this amount will be returned in full
- A fuel surcharge of AEC100 per person is applicable for Desert Safaris that take place in Dubai, where the guest pick up is from Abu Dhabi, Ras Al-Khaimah and Fujairah
- If you request a transfer from outside the city limits, like Qasr Al Sarab, Al Maha, Liwa hotels etc. additional transfer charges will apply
- All dune buggies are 4-wheel drive and fully automatic; with seat belts, roll cages and off-road suspension. Protective gear such as helmet, gloves and goggles are provided with full safety briefinh
- Drivers may be asked to stop the buggy and rotate drivers should the guide deem that guests are driving poorly or intentionally driving unsafe
- All transfers to the buggy experience are shared and do not carry water
- Guests can choose from a morning or an evening session
- Modest dress and comfortable walking shoes are recommended

- Please allow at least 2 hours for this experience
Terms & Conditions:
- For pregnant ladies or people with pre-existing medical conditions (including heart ailments neck or back problems) participation is not recommended
- All guests participate in the activity at their own risk. Arabian Adventures will not be held responsible for any injuries occured during the experience
- Operating schedules may change during the holy month of Ramadan, and during the summer months, or due to force majeure. In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at Arabian Adventures discretion
- Arabian Adventures reserve the right to cancel any service or alter any part of the service at their discretion without prior notification
