- Booking requests must be made at least 5 days in advance. After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address

- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

- Hotel transfers are not included in this service. Your escort will only assist with meeting airport representatives of any pre-arranged hotel transfers
- Additional porters can be booked at an additional charge (own expense)

Terms & Conditions:
- Rate is valid for 2–4 passengers or senior travellers travelling together from the same family
- Operating schedules may change during the holy month of Ramadan, and during the summer months, or due to force majeure. In such cases, a refund or partial refund may be given at Arabian Adventures’ discretion
- Arabian Adventures reserves the right to cancel any service or alter any part of the service at their discretion without prior notification
