Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 9am; returns from 2pm (approximately)
• Departure Point: Check in at 8.30am on Bay Explorer situated on the waterfront wharf, Strand Tauranga. (opposite the Starbucks cafe) Look for the Kiosk signage. Briefings begin 8:40am you MUST be checked by this time. The boat departs as soon as everyone is aboard
• Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 20 minutes prior to cruise departure time
• Parking is available nearby. Access at the corner of Dive Cresent and the Strand. Charges apply Monday – Friday, 9am to 3pm. (Free weekends). Off-street car parks are free on weekends and public holidays. Parking is available for customers with wheelchairs or special needs, please email to arrange

Important:

• If you have NOT supplied a current NZ mobile number in your booking, please call or email Bay Explorer the day before your Wildlife Cruise to confirm. Weather or operating conditions can require Bay Explorer to reschedule or cancel. Please also check your inbox/spam for any updates prior to your Wildlife Cruise
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Meals, drinks and transfers are not included. Any excess amount is payable directly to Bay Explorer
• Please allow up to 5 hours for this experience

• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed. In the unlikely event that dolphins are not spotted, refunds are not offered
• Cruises are minimum number and weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Bay Explorer. Participants will be informed within a reasonable timeframe of a cancellation with the option of a transfer or refund
• Cruise dates and times may be changed or cancelled due to weather and passenger numbers
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
