• Your experience takes place at Disneyland Resort in California (1313 Disneyland Drive, Anaheim, California 92802, United States). Your experience takes place anytime between 8am and 11pm. Disneyland Resort in California is approximately a 35-minute drive from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
• Tickets expire 13 days after first use or January 12, 2028, whichever occurs first, and each day of use of a 1-Park per day Disneyland Resort Ticket or Disneyland Resort Park Hopper Ticket constitutes one full day of use

Theme Park Reservations and Availability:

• To enter a theme park, Guests (ages 3 and older) need both valid admission and a theme park reservation for the same day and same park they want to visit.
• Important: Guests with a valid ticket should visit StartYourDisneylandExperience.com to make theme park reservations. Ticket must be linked to a Disney account, and online registration is required. Availability can change until the park reservation is finalised. Guests with multi-day tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks. Limit one park reservation per guest, per day.
• Disneyland® Resort Multi-Day, 1-Park per Day Ticket: Guests with 1-Park per day tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks. Limit one park reservation per guest, per day. Disneyland® Resort Multi-Day, 1-Park per Day Ticket, with applicable park reservation, is valid for admission to either Disneyland® Park or Disney California Adventure® Park each day over a specified number of days. The ticket is not valid for visits to both Theme Parks on the same day.
• Disneyland® Resort Multi-Day, Park Hopper Ticket: Guests with a Park Hopper ticket must make a park reservation for the first theme park they wish to visit to begin their day; then they can cross over and switch between parks on the same day after 11am (subject to availability). At this time a park reservation is not required after the first park, however, reservation requirements are subject to change. The ability to visit the other park will be subject to that park’s capacity limitations, operational hours, closures and other restrictions, and is not guaranteed.
• Applicable ticket and valid photo identification confirmation are required for same day readmission to same park
• Tickets may be used on nonconsecutive days within a 13-day period and are subject to theme park reservation requirements noted above

Lightning Lane Multi Pass:

• A Disney account and eligible mobile device are needed to make experience selections and to redeem other features on the day of visit, in the English-language-only Disneyland app. Lightning Lane Multi Pass service will be available upon park entry and will expire at the end of the day for which it was purchased. Availability of experiences can change throughout the day. Further information on Lightning Lane Multi Pass service is available here
• Lightning Lane Multi Pass attractions and experiences and arrival windows are limited, and subject to availability and change, downtime, delay or closure without notice or liability, and entrance to an experience is not guaranteed. Each experience selection allows one (1) Guest to enter the experience using the Lightning Lane entrance or other Disney designated entrance, once on the date of redemption during regular park hours and during the selected arrival window only. Guests may not enter before or after the arrival window, and the experience selection expires at the end of the arrival window
• Lightning Lane Multi Pass service includes Disney PhotoPass downloads from the day, so you can download and share Disney PhotoPass photos with family and friends. Videos and photos captured during the day—including photos from select attractions, select dining locations and your Magic Shots—can be downloaded from your Disney account as many times as you want, for 45 days after capture. Disney PhotoPass Lenses and Disney PhotoPass service may be limited, and are subject to restrictions and the Disney PhotoPass Terms & Conditions and expiration policy
• All tickets purchased with Lightning Lane Multi Pass are non-refundable

Age Restrictions:

• Child tickets apply for persons aged 3–9 years of age, who must be this age at the time of visiting a Park.
• Adult rates apply for persons aged 10+ years and must be purchased separately.
• Infants (2 and under) may attend free of charge and a ticket is not required.
• Persons under the age of fourteen (14) years must be accompanied by someone 14 years of age or older while attending Disneyland® Park or Disney California Adventure® Park.

Cancellations:

• Tickets purchased with Lightning Lane Multi Pass are fully non-refundable
• Tickets may be eligible for cancellation if: the ticket has not yet expired; the ticket has not been used in full or part; the cancellation request is made and actioned within 365 days of purchase; the ticket has not been modified or exchanged by the guest with Disney or another Disney Company; ticket does not include a Lightning Lane Multi Pass; Ticket is not part of a limited time offer
