• Please note: For packages that include transfers, guests need to provide their hotel information and postcode in the comment section upon check-out. For packages, that do not include transfers, only the postcode is required.

• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Return transfers available from selected Cairns and Smithfield/Freshwater accommodations, please advise of location at time of booking
• Please allow up to 15 minutes from advised pick-up time

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and Kuranda attractions
• Any excess amount and personal expenses are payable directly to venues
• For the one-way Skyrail + one-way Kuranda Scenic Railway package, it includes a one-way transfer per person which can be either of the two:
  • Hotel pick-up option: Bus pick-up from the hotel in Cairns to connect with a Skyrail journey to Kuranda, depart on Train to Cairns Central Station. Make own way back to their hotel
  • Self-drive option: Passenger will have their own car, choosing to drive & park at Skyrail, take the Skyrail to Kuranda + depart on Train to Freshwater Train Station + disembark at Freshwater Train station for bus transfer back to Skyrail’s Smithfield terminal.
  • Please provide your preferred option via email at reservations@skyrail.com.au, quoting your voucher number, booking date, and country of residence.
• Child rates valid for ages 4–14 inclusive. Children under 4 travel free and must be booked as an infant
• Return transfers are only available for return skyrail experiences. For one-way tickets, no transfers options are available
• This is not a guided tour
• Allow 1.5 hours for the one-way Skyrail Rainforest Cableway journey
• The Return Skyrail Rainforest Cableway journey will include a 2.5-hour stop in Kuranda
• Skyrail Rainforest Cableway is wheelchair accessible

• The Kuranda Scenic Rail and Skyrail Rainforest Cableway is subject to extreme weather conditions resulting in non-operation. In this instance, you will be advised on the day of alternative arrangements that will be available to you
