Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Important:

• Guests must have a basic level of swimming confidence to manoeuvre in the water
• Tour includes up to 3km of walking, three rock jumps, two rock slides, two abseils and two plunge pools. Please note, all abseiling, slides and jumps are optional with alternative routes available if preferred
• Please note, shoe hire, photo packages and GoPro hire are available on the day, payable directly to Cairns Canyoning
• Travel insurance is not included but is recommended
• Some medical conditions, impairments or disabilities that may exclude participants from participation for safety reasons including but not limited to spinal injuries and some neck injuries. Please disclose any medical conditions at time of booking

• Minimum three people required to book
• Child rate applies for children aged 8–11. Children aged 7 and under are not permitted to participate in this experience
• All children (0–17) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian aged 18+
• Fuel and carbon levy surcharges may apply, payable directly to Cairns Canyoning
• A signed waiver of liability and completed medical questionnaire is required for all participants
• Tour is not suitable for pregnant people
• Tours operate in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe due to high water levels. Management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour at any time subject to weather conditions. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided
