Availability:

• Available every day: Check-in from 7.30am. Departs 8.30am; returns 5.30pm (approximately)

• Departure/Return Point: Reef Fleet Terminal – 1 Spence Street, Cairns 4870 QLD
• Please arrive at least one hour prior to scheduled departure time for check in at Great Adventures desk. You will be issued with your boarding pass and directed to the vessel. Boarding commences 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time

• Exclusions: Drinks not specified in inclusions, hotel transfers, and optional activities including diving and helicopter flights
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)

• Morning tea and coffee is served until departure from Cairns. Lunch (hot and cold buffet), afternoon tea and coffee are served at the Outer Barrier Reef platform. Cheese and biscuits will be served on the return journey
• Green Island visit will be approximately two hours. Outer Reef platform visit will be approximately three hours. Please allow 45 minutes for travel from Cairns to Green Island and two hours for travel from Outer Barrier Reef platform back to Cairns
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Snorkelling can be a strenuous activity. Please use caution and inform the Great Adventures crew of any medical conditions
• Underwater digital cameras available to hire onboard, payable directly to Great Adventures

Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply. With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to your ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Great Adventures. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• All taxes and levies are included in the total price. A Government Environmental Management Charge (EMC) applies to all adults and children aged 4+ entering the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage area
• Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Please note, drones are not permitted
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Great Adventures for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made before 12pm (midday) on the day prior to travel: no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made between 12pm (midday) and 6pm on the day prior to travel: a 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made after 6pm on the day prior to travel, late arrivals and no shows: a 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
