• Dates are on request and will be confirmed by ICS Travel Group within 1–3 business days
• ICS Travel Group will confirm the pick-up and drop-off time when the booking has been confirmed

• UPGRADE to include a shared hotel transfer to Serangan OR Padang Bai Harbor
  • Hotel Transfer Upgrade to Serangan Harbor: Available from Sanur, Kuta, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Seminyak, Canggu area, or Ubud Centre hotels. Pick-up from hotel will be from 7am–7.30am

• Additional Transport Charge: Transfer to and from the harbor can be arranged with additional cost for the areas of Uluwatu, Tanah Lot, Gianyar, outside of Ubud Centra area, Tabanan, Lovina, Amed, Medewi, Gilimanuk, Sidemen, Tulamben, Seraya, Kubu, Kintamani, and Tirta Gangga. Please request when ICS reaches out to confirm your booking

• Minimum two people required to book
• Please allow up to three hours for one-way fast boat ride
• Exclusions: Food and drinks are not included. Hotel transfers are not included unless relevant upgrade is purchased
• Children under 3 may attend free of charge – please advise at time of booking
• Luggage Allowance:
  • Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage carried free of charge while not exceeding a total weight of 30kg
  • For safety reasons, Fast Boat reserves the right: 1. To refuse the luggage if more than each passenger limit; 2. Check the contents of any baggage and refuse any baggage items; 3. Vendor is not responsible for any damage or loss of belongings

• This trip is not suitable for: Pregnant people, people with heart or back problems or other physical impediments, elderly people (ages 60+) and infants (children under 3 years old) are not recommended nor covered by insurance, but if their parents insist, they need to complete a Disclaimer Statement releasing Fast Boat and all its officers and/or employees, including the agent, from any liability and any further legal action by any party, prior to the trip commencement
• Fast Boat Company is a point-to-point carrier and they do not take responsibility for delays or connecting flights
