• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Pack a small bag (dry bag recommended) and include:
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, a towel and a hat
  • Practical clothing and footwear (warmer items during winter)
  • Underwater camera
  • Card for purchases, no cash
  • Refillable water bottle
  • A sense of fun and adventure!

Availability:

• Available Monday – Thursday: Departs 8am; returns 4pm
• Not valid: Friday – Sunday
• Departure Point: Coral Sea Marina, North End (Meeting Point B)
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your departure time to check-in and commence boarding. Late arrivals and no shows will not be refunded
• Bookings valid from 2 April 2024

• Travel insurance is recommended
• Drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to Red Cat Adventures

Terms & Conditions:

• To participate in this tour, guests need to be able to climb down steps and in and out of a small tender. Red Cat Adventures has limited mobility and wheelchair access
• This tour is not recommended for children under six years old. However, children under 6 years old must be approved before departure, and there are limitations regarding their participation in water activities. Children under six years old need to supply their lifejackets
• A pregnancy waiver must be signed before travel for all pregnant passengers. Red Cat Adventures is happy for anyone who has been approved by a doctor to be fit and healthy in their second trimester to travel. If you are in your first or third trimester, a doctor’s certificate is required before travelling. It is up to the skipper’s decision on the day they are happy for you to travel, depending on the weather conditions that day. Safety for mum and baby is highest priority
• Vessel may need to be substituted at any time without notice
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Red Cat Adventures for passenger and crew safety
• At certain times of the year dangerous jellyfish inhabit these waters. To minimise this risk, you will have a full-length protective snorkel suit to wear while swimming and snorkelling during the cruise. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk
