• Please arrive at your departure location no less than 30 minutes prior to flight
• Valid for the flight path selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and hotel transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• Minimum of two passengers required for all packages and tours
• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• Passengers aged 3+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
• Please note, small handbags and backpacks weighing less than 10kg can be carried in the aircraft. Large luggage or any items you do not wish to take on our flight can be safely stored in the Rotor One guest lounge
• Please allow up to five hours for the total experience

Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Rotor One. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided. Rotor One uses this information to calculate the weight and balance of the helicopter prior to flight. If you have any guests weighing over 130kg or a group of 2 or 3 guests weighing more than 240kg combined, you may be required to upgrade to a larger helicopter for safety reasons
• Rotor One will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Rotor One works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of adverse weather conditions such as low cloud, fog, heavy rain or high winds, your flight may be delayed or rescheduled. If this is the case, your pilot will contact you at least two hours prior to your booking time to reschedule your flight. If your flight cannot go ahead due to bad weather and you wish to cancel, Rotor One will provide a full refund subject to the conditions below

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before experience date: full refund applies minus a 10% cancellation fee
• Please note, no cancellation fee applies if you opt to hold your booking as credit to fly in the future
• Cancellations within 72 hours of experience date, late arrivals and no-shows: no refund applies

Changes to Booking

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• All change requests are subject to availability
