- Abel Tasman Kayaks reserve the right not to launch a trip on safety grounds if they consider that the wind or sea conditions are unsafe for the group
- A 10% administration/cancellation fee applies to all cancellations made prior to 48 hours of departure
- Minimum age required to participate is 14+. Children under 18 need to be accompanied by a paying adult (18+).
- Minimum two people required for the tour to proceed
