Professional property host/manager

• All-inclusive a la carte dining is available at five onsite venues, excluding H2O underwater restaurant.
• Please note that the resort’s timezone is one hour ahead of local Maldives time.
• Daily breakfast is served at The Sand from 7.30am to 10am.
• Daily lunch and dinner is served at The Sand, Green Carpet, Rising Sun, La Pasta or Sushi Bar. All-inclusive dining also includes three themed buffet nights, including one seafood BBQ. Lunch is served between 12.30pm and 2.30pm at Green Carpet, La Pasta and Rising Sun. Sushi Bar is open 2.30pm to 6pm. Dinner is served between 7.30pm and 9.30pm at The Sand. At La Pasta and Rising Sun, there are two set meal sitting times. The first sitting is at 7pm and the second is at 8.30pm for La Pasta and 9pm for Rising Sun.
• Unlimited free-flow drinks are served by the glass and include champagne, sparkling wine, house wine, international beer, soft drinks, fresh juices, bottled mineral water, top-shelf spirits (gin, vodka, whiskey, brandy, tequila, rum, arrack), signature cocktails, and mocktails. Free-flow drinks are available daily from 10am – 2am. Beverages ordered after 2am are charged at standard menu pricing.
• Afternoon tea and coffee with high tea snacks are served from 4.30pm – 6pm at Cheers Bar.
• Complimentary non-motorized water sports include unlimited access to kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling equipment.
• The complimentary group cooking class during stay is included for stays with a minimum of five nights.
• The complimentary snorkelling adventure and sunset cruise are included for stays with a minimum of three nights.
• The complimentary catamaran Cruise is included for stays with a minimum of seven nights.
• Resort activities include up to three yoga or pilates classes and complimentary full gym access.
• The welcome bottle of sparkling wine and canapés are served in-room on arrival.
• The complimentary minibar is replenished once daily and includes unlimited soft drinks, international beers, white wine, red wine, nuts and chips, plus tea- and coffee-making facilities.

Roundtrip seaplane transfers:

• The resort can only be reached by a round-trip seaplane flight, which is available for an additional cost.
• It is a 45-minute seaplane flight from Velana International Airport (MLE)
• Charges for the shared seaplane transfers are as follows:
  • Until December 23 2026: US$485 per adult (16+)
  • From December 24 2026: the charges are as follows: US$515 per adult (16+)
• Seaplane transfers must be booked and paid directly through the resort reservations team. Guests are required to provide their arrival and departure details in full at least 7 days prior to arrival date to ensure seamless connecting seaplane transfers. If arrival and departure details are not received by the resort within 7 days of arrival, transfers may involve longer wait time at the airport or an additional supplementary fee to arrange.
• Seaplane transfers are only available between sunrise and sunset. If you would like to reach Cocoon Maldives on the same day, please plan to arrive in the Maldives by 3.30pm.
• The dedicated team will meet you at the airport (the team may also be located at counter C14 in Malé International Airport) and will assist you with your transfer.
• Guests are permitted 20kg of checked baggage and up to 5kg of carry-on per person. Any additional baggage weight will cost US$5 per kilogram plus taxes.
• Guests have access to a seaplane airport lounge upon arrival.
• All transfer information is subject to change. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm transfer details before you depart for your escape.
