7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 60 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. - Complimentary motorised and non-motorised watersport equipment hire excludes diving, fishing and any private tour/trip. Any additional surcharges or extras will be collected directly by the hotel.
- Scheduled off-resort excursions include visits to a traditional Fiji Village, a half-day trip to the famous Blue Lagoon Caves, guided snorkelling trips, and a unique opportunity to enjoy unlimited private beach picnics on your own stretch of deserted white sand beach. Complimentary resort activities exclude diving and fishing. An entry fee applies for the Blue Lagoons Cave.
- All meals can be redeemed in the main restaurant, beachfront, or poolside in your Bure. Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am, lunch is served between 12.30pm and 2.30pm and dinner is served from 7pm.
- Unlimited non-alcoholic drinks include coffee, tea, juice and bottled soft drinks. Mocktails, milkshakes and non-alcoholic beer and wine are not included.
- The minibar is replenished on guest request. The non-alcoholic drinks are complimentary. Alcohol is at a charge.
- Welcome bottle of house wine and fruit basket on arrival, placed in your Bure.
- Resort and Spa Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No minimum spend is required. Cannot be redeemed with any other offer. Spa credit is for treatments only.
