- Upon check-in guests will be presented a 20% discount voucher for Waterbom Park. Guests must take the voucher from the hotel to the waterpark to redeem this offer.
- Guests can book discounted Lembogan Island cruises via hotel concierge.
- Trans Studio Bali discounted ticket offer is valid for purchase through hotel concierge only.
- Nightly cocktail at The 18th Rooftop Bar is non-accumulative and available from 5pm–7pm.
- Kids’ Club is open from 9am–5pm daily and is available for children 16 and under. Children under three must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Club lounge benefits include daily afternoon tea served from 2pm until 4pm and evening cocktails served from 5pm until 7pm.
- Premier Ultimate Room Resort Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. May be used across all onsite restaurants and bars and at The Spa.
- Laundry service includes four pieces per room, per day.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

- Includes: Free entrance to Tropical Temptation Beach Club in the First Party Area including one cocktail or mocktail per adult per day of entry and a 35% discount on minimum spend for upgrades including VIP area and cabanas.
- Tropical Temptation Beach Club is located in Uluwatu.
- Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.
- Guests must present their Luxury Escapes booking confirmation on entry (subject to availability).
- Minimum age for entry is 10 years. Children under the age of 10 years will be unable to enter the venue. Children are not allowed in the pool area after 5pm, after which time children are only permitted in the lounge area and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- An infant seat can be booked at IDR50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
