- Arrival and departure lounge access is available at the resort only; this is not airport lounge access.
- The minibar is replenished daily and includes cans of soda, two chocolate bars and chips.
- Kids’ club access is available from 9am–6pm daily. The kids’ club is designed for children aged 4–12. Children aged 3 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Buffet breakfast is served at Sands Restaurant from 6.30am–10.30am.
- Daily lunch or dinner is served at Sands Beach Restaurant from 12pm–11pm from a two-course set menu.
- Daily one-hour free-flow cocktails for two adults are served from 4pm–5pm.
- Late checkout until 3pm is subject to availability.
- Included massages are available at Sakanti Spa and must be booked in advance. The massage cannot take place in-room.
