A modern kitchenette supports relaxed, in-room dining, and the surrounding outlook delivers a constant sense of space and stillness.
Strictly no parties or events – this is a quiet retreat space. No smoking inside the studio. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless otherwise agreed in advance. Please respect neighbours and the main residence, keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm. Please report any breakages or issues during your stay so we can address them promptly. Check-in and check-out times as per your standard policy (e.g. 3pm in, 10am out) unless previously arranged.

Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
