Sea World Resort is located on the Gold Coast, a buzzing city jam-packed with ways to spend your day. It’s almost impossible to run out of things to do: take a day trip to the Gold Coast hinterland to visit wineries and beautiful national parks, shop your heart out at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre or surf on the world-famous beaches. The resort is approximately a 40-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• One child (13 and under) eats a free buffet breakfast with every full-paying adult. Valid at Shoreline Restaurant only.
• Two-for-one drinks apply to the Ultimate Menu options only (includes house wine, beer and selected cocktails). Valid at selected onsite restaurants and bars throughout the resort. Not valid for in-room dining or Hatsuhana Japanese restaurant.
• The Animal Adventure credit can be used towards a Sea World Animal Adventure. Not transferable for cash and must be used during stay. Unused credit is non-refundable. Excludes Customised Programs, Animal Photo Opportunities and Glass Bottom Boat Tours. Certain criteria must be met to participate in each of the Animal Adventures programs. • One A$20 TopGolf gameplay voucher is available per package and a Lifetime Membership is available per person. Must be redeemed during the stay period. Not valid with any other promotions or discounts. Present Holiday Pass on arrival at TopGolf.
• Save 15% with Sea World Cruises. This offer entitles you to a 15% discount on all Sea World Cruises products, including daily specials for Cruises (Whale Watching, Lunch & Dinner Cruises), ArroJet and HOPO.
• $20 retail voucher is available for redemption at the Sea World Resort Gift shop, Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet ‘n’ Wild and Paradise Country gift shops for non-consignment items. Retail voucher is redeemable within the stay period and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer and cannot be combined. Not valid on mobile carts within theme parks. Must be used in a single transaction.
• The Wi-Fi package is inclusive of unlimited data for unlimited devices.
• All discounts and inclusions are per package unless otherwise stated. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer, are redeemable only within the resort stay period, and are not valid during blackout dates. Unused credit is not redeemable for cash.
