7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service ONE date change in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. Please Note:
- Dining inclusions are for two-courses and do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice. Guests can choose starter and main, or main and dessert as two courses. Laneway Restaurant is open from 11am–10pm.
- Daily breakfast is semi-buffet, served at The Laneway Restaurant from 7am–10.30am. Guests can enjoy a selection of bakery items, breads, fresh fruits, juices and desserts from the buffet. The main course will be served a la carte.
- Daily massages cannot be accumulated. Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Massages are per room, per villa. The One-Bedroom Pool Villa will receive one massage per day, the Two-Bedroom Pool Villa will receive two massages per day, three massages per day are available in the Three-Bedroom Royal Pool Villa and four massages per day are available in the Four-Bedroom Presidential Villa.
- Guests can choose between traditional Balinese massage, foot relaxation massage, foot reflexology, symmetry massage or sports massage.
- Nightly two-hours of free-flow cocktails are available from 4pm–6pm at The Laneway Restaurant.
- Welcome drink is a non-alcoholic iced rosella tea served at check-in.
- Four-bedroom packages require two vehicles for transfers.
- Kids@Peppers is available for children aged four to 14 and is open from 8am–8pm. Activities include Balinese dancing, face painting, movie time, Balinese handicraft and archery.
- For stays of five to nine nights (select packages only) guests receive two lunches or dinners per person. For stays of 10 or more nights, guests receive four lunches or dinners per person.
One-Way Private Airport Transfer Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A one-way private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
