Mulia Resort boasts a prime location on a pristine stretch of Nusa Dua beachfront. Cancellation policy

Surcharge: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night, applies for certain dates and is payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Christmas Gala Dinner: For stays on 24 and 25 December, an additional surcharge of IDR503,965 per person applies for the non-compulsory Christmas Eve or Christmas Day Gala dinner. A surcharge of IDR1,075,690 applies to additional guests not included in the base package. Payable directly to the resort. Please note: on 24 and 25 December, the lunch or dinner included in your package will not be available unless the above surcharge is paid.

Compulsory New Year’s Eve Entertainment Surcharge: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of IDR3,415,500 per person applies for the compulsory New Year’s evening entertainment. Ballroom doors open from 9pm until midnight countdown. Payable directly to the resort. Please note this surcharge includes entertainment and non-alcoholic drinks only and does not include dinner.

A three-seater passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage, while a six-seater passenger car can fit six pieces.
An infant seat can be pre-booked at US$3 per seat, each way, or you are permitted to bring your own to fit in the car.
The driver will wait for up to one hour, after which, the airport transfer will be considered cancelled.
