7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs no less than 60 days from the date of check-in. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 61 days prior to the original check-in date. Please contact our 24/7 customer service team to enquire. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Valid for travel from 23 October 2026 until 31 May 2027 (bookings must be made before 1 May 2027).

Tourism Services Tax: Please note a 5% tourism services tax per stay applies, payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy: Children under 16 years are not permitted and cannot be accommodated.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

Roundtrip Speedboat Transfers (select packages only)

• Inclusions:
  • Transfers run twice daily departing Port Denarau Marina at 8.15am and 2.45pm, and arriving at Matamanoa Island Resort at 9.30am and 4pm.
  • Transfers run twice daily departing Matamanoa Island at 9:45am and 4:15pm, and arriving at Port Denarau Marina at 11am and 5:30pm.
  • Allow a minimum of two hours buffer time between your flights and the transfer departure times.
• Fine Print:
  • If cancelled or modified with more than 24 hours’ notice of transfer, no penalty will be charged and refund will be issued in full.
  • If cancelled or modified with less than 24 hours’ notice of transfer or in case of no show, no refunds will be issued.
  • Cancellation policy will be strictly implemented under all circumstances, including (but not limited to): cancelled flights and failing to check-in on time.
  • All transfers are subject to weather conditions and Purple Turtle has the right to cancel or amend any agreed transfer at short notice subject to safety of guests, crew or vessels.
  • Transfers could be shared if departure time has to be amended in the event of bad weather.
  • All early morning transfers will be assessed the day prior.
  • All passengers are required to listen to safety briefings and to follow all other directions and will be required to sign an Indemnity Release prior to boarding vessels.
  • Valid for water transfers only, guest will need to make their own arrangements to Port Denarau for their island transfer.
