Jamala Wildlife Lodge is located within Canberra’s National Zoo & Aquarium. The hotel is an approximately 10-minute drive from Canberra Airport (CBR). Airport transfers are not included in your package. Please plan accordingly.

  • Special animal encounter inclusion is with either a giraffe, tiger, lion or meerkat, subject to availability on the day of departure.Specific animal introduction requests cannot be accommodated.
  • Specific room preferences and animal enclosure location requests cannot be accommodated.
  • Children under 6 cannot be accommodated.
  • No spirits are served or permitted to be brought on-site.
  • Pre-dinner drinks commence at 6.15pm (before this, the minibar in the room is available.)
  • If you arrive by 1pm on your first day you can enjoy an additional afternoon tea including hot and cold food and sweets.
