This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The check-in location differs from the property location. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests must arrange transfers from Boat Lagoon Pier to the property. Daily transfer service from Boat Lagoon Pier to the property is offered at no charge at 10 AM, 11:30 AM, 2 PM, and 4 PM, and must be booked at least 1 day before arrival. Private transfer service is offered at a surcharge and must be booked at least 3 days before arrival. Contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. Seats are limited and subject to availability.

• Roundtrip boat transfers from Laem Hin Pier to Island Escape by Burasari are included in your package. Please contact the resort to arrange. Please note: guests must arrange their own transport between the airport and the pier.
• The included resort credit (7+ nights) must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
• Dining inclusions do not include beverages (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.

Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.
