- Hot spring access is available between 6am and midnight daily. Children may use the hot springs but parents and guardians are responsible for children’s personal hygiene and cleanly use of the onsen.
- Hot spring access is exclusive to hotel guests.
- Included resort credit is valid at any onsite outlet, including the restaurants, lounge, spa, and hotel shop. Not valid for third party expenses. No minimum spend required. Unused credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
