This review is a bit late as I stayed here in February, but Cheval Phoenix Houses truly feels like a peaceful home away from home. The entire place is incredibly quiet and discreet, making it perfect for relaxation or focused work. The staff were absolutely impeccable. I especially want to highlight Hamza on the night shift reception, such an amazing and attentive guy. When I mentioned my apartment felt too dark, he immediately arranged for me to move to a brighter one, ensuring I was comfortable throughout my stay. Mia was also so sweet and accommodating, always ready to help. Grace, the intern, was super kind and helpful as well. Honestly, every staff member I interacted with was fantastic. Housekeeping was top-notch, the apartments were always spotless and well maintained. Highly recommend Cheval Phoenix Houses for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay

What a wonderful gem of an apart-Hotel. Spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a short stay. All the staff were brilliant during our stay including Grace at the front desk aswell as the other ladies. We will definitely be coming back at some stage!
