Update 11 March 2026, 2.10pm AEDT: A government-led coastal conservation initiative is currently underway along the shoreline of Candidasa, including the beachfront adjacent to the resort. This means:
- There may be visible activity along certain sections of the beach during designated working hours. As a result of the ongoing works, some resort operations and services may be temporarily adjusted. The resort’s operational team is proactively implementing measures to ensure minimal disruption to guest comfort.
- The beach area directly in front of the resort is currently inaccessible due to ongoing conservation works. For guests who wish to enjoy the beach, a complimentary shuttle service is available to Virgin Beach.
