We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the exceptionally friendly staff. There is plenty of staff, always attentive and helpful. What impressed us the most was the team’s positive attitude. Every employee greeted us with a smile and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work, which created an incredibly pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The food was another highlight – delicious and varied. We especially appreciated the fact that there was a sufficient selection of vegetarian dishes, making it easy for everyone to find something they enjoy. Additionally, the hotel’s ambiance was nice – perfect for relaxation. One small suggestion for improvement: The gym would benefit from a squat rack and a barbell. Also, it would be great if the sauna could be available for couples instead of being separated by gender. A big thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience.

We loved everything about Bliss. From our arrival Soung and her amazing team at reception made sure we were well taken care of. All the staff around the hotel from the head chef in the restaurant to the bar tender and the ground staff were very obliging and made us feel like VIPs. The facilities looked new and the grounds well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable and luxurious, and the house keeping staff were great. The food was exceptional with enough variety. The selection for the set menus was great and the portions were extremely generous. The spa experiences were fantastic. The staff at the spa were very accommodating and the massages were excellent. The free shuttle to Hoi An and back was punctual and a great service. And we were glad to have the option to use it quite a few times We loved our stay in this beautiful resort and would love to go back again sometime soon!

We stayed at Bliss for 5 nights in January. They were exceptional! The best service and hospitality, the food and the spa services were impeccable. Buffet breakfast was phenomenal! Special thanks to Y, our favourite staff member, she really went above and beyond to make our first time to Vietnam a special trip. Thank you! We hope to come back again soon. 10/10 excellent value We especially loved the free shuttle into Hoi An, we used it almost every day.

The resort is quite excellent in terms of its atmosphere! Room is super clean and most of the staffs are very friendly and welcoming! However, the reason for 3 stars is that I think from the resort and the bar staff needs to improve on its communication! On Thursday night there was Mojito offer for VND 99k, I asked the bar staff if 99k is all inclusive, he suggested yes you can take as much as you want. However, when I signed the bill, I realized that it’s 99k|Mojito. I think the resort should clarify it somewhere, e.g, in its marketing papers or on the rooftop bar that the offer is vnd 99k per drink ( if the staff lacks communication skills) I believe it was not clarified that way! It’s really unexpected where the resort met the expectations on other stuffs !!
