Much of CHI’s menu is bar-style food made to share with strong use of shaokao (Chinese-style barbeque) and features handmade dumplings, synonymous with the Lotus brand. You'll try its Sichuan-style spicy pork and prawn wontons, Sydney rock oysters, its infamous Wagyu skewers, and many more dishes.
