Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days of their arrival. This new requirement aims to streamline the immigration process and replace the traditional paper-based form, offering greater convenience and efficiency for travellers.

Travellers holding non-Thai passports who are transiting through Thailand without passing through immigration are exempt from this requirement.

The following applies to select packages only:
- Resort Credit: The included resort credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB16,500 per adult (12+) and THB8,250 per child (4-11) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort. Children under four are free of charge.
Thailand Sandbox: If all of your destinations are in the Sandbox area, then apply for Thailand Pass under Sandbox program. Guests must stay within Sandbox area for first five days. Find out more here.
