Banyan Tree Lang Co is ideally located in central Vietnam, between the attractions of Hue, Da Nang and Hoi An. The hotel is located approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Da Nang Airport (DAD). Return private airport transfers are included in your package from Da Nang International Airport or Phu Bai International Airport (HUI), please contact the resort to arrange (see Fine Print for details).

Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of VND5,500,000 per adult (12+) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the resort. No charge for infants under five years.

Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Packages are available for adults only; however, the resort allows children, so there may be children around.
• Banyan Tree Lang Co is part of the Laguna Lang Co integrated resort. Guests have access to selected dining outlets and facilities across the complex (includnig Angsana Lang Co). Please note some venues are not located within Banyan Tree and may require buggy transfer.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served at Water Court from 7am to 10.30am.
• Included massages take place at Banyan Tree Spa Lang Co, open daily from 10am to 9pm (subject to change). Advance booking is essential to secure your preferred time. Please email reservations-langco@banyantree.com to reserve.
• Guests are entitled to one set-menu lunch or dinner at any Banyan Tree venue and one set-menu lunch or dinner at any Angsana venue, excluding Saffron and Golf Café. Drinks are not included. Advance booking is recommended.
• Guest are recommended to book rounds of golf in advance by emailing reservations-langco@banyantree.com. Rounds can be used on separate days during your stay, and unused rounds cannot be credited to a future stay. Club hire is available for an additional cost, please enquire with the reservations team when booking.
• Return private airport transfers from Da Nang International Airport (DAD) or Phu Bai International Airport (HUI) are included in your package. Please email reservations-langco@banyantree.com with your flight number, airport and arrival time to arrange return airport transfers at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Drivers will hold the Banyan Tree Hotel logo in the arrivals hall, please contact 02343695886 if you are unable to locate your driver.
• Guests must advise in advance the number of guests and golf bags to arrange a suitable vehicle to accommodate.
