Your cruise begins in Barcelona, Spain and ends in Rome, Italy, with two nights of pre-cruise accommodation in Barcelona and one night of post-cruise accommodation in Rome.
Your cruise departs Barcelona, Spain at 6pm on Day 3 (boarding times announced prior to departure) and returns to Rome, Italy at 6am on Day 13. Please ensure you arrive in time for boarding.
Return flights are not included in your package and must be purchased separately. Please do NOT book your flights until your cruise is confirmed.
Airport and cruise port transfers are NOT included with your package, please plan accordingly.

Day 1: Barcelona, Spain
Drop your bags and spend the day at leisure exploring the capital of Catalonia, famed for its medieval streets within the charming Gothic Quarter. Wonder at Gaudí masterpieces like La Sagrada Família and Casa Batlló, stroll along the seaside boardwalks or dive into a traditional paella at one of the many buzzing tapas bars that fill the streets.

Day 2: Barcelona, Spain
Today is yours to do as you please in Barcelona. Explore the sites of the city and immerse yourself in the superb beauty and deep-rooted culture of this cosmopolitan masterpiece. With a history rich in art and architecture, medieval, Gothic and modern influences can be seen all over this vibrant city.
Start your day at 9am with a guided tour of Gaudi’s Modernist interpretation of Gothic architecture at the stunning Sagrada Familia Basilica. Visit the fascinating Sagrada Familia museum to better understand Gaudi’s life and work, and the extraordinary creative mind behind his most ambitious project.
Following your tour make your way to the waterfront and stroll up the shady, tree-lined Las Ramblas boulevard and discover some of the city’s best shopping and bustling cafes.

Day 3: Barcelona, Spain
Enjoy a morning at your leisure, before making your way to the port. Follow instructions from your cruise provider to ensure you arrive with plenty of time to board before departure at 6pm. Settle into your sleek cabin and prepare for a delicious feast at one of the many onboard dining outlets.

Day 4: Palamos, Spain
Sail into the charming fishing village of Palamos on Spain’s sunny Costa Brava. Explore the vibrant fish market, view the day’s catch at the bustling harbour, or visit the Fishing Museum to delve into local history and global angling techniques. Journey to the countryside for wine and olive oil tastings or marvel at the legendary works of Catalan artist Salvador Dalí.

Day 5: Port Vendres, France
Welcome to France. This morning, you will reach the peaceful fishing town of Port-Vendres. Venture beyond the port to uncover the allure of the Côte Vermeille – see enchanting Collioure, famed for its distinctive blush-toned dwellings, lively harbour scenes, and labyrinthine streets leading to the quaint church, or lose yourself in the grandeur of Carcassonne, a majestic hilltop citadel adorned with soaring spires, ancient churches and charming plazas, meticulously restored from oblivion in the 19th century.

Day 6: Sete, France
Affectionately nicknamed “Little Venice”, the canal city of Sete is France’s largest and most important fishing port on the Mediterranean, where the freshest of seafood reigns king. Day 11: Ajaccio, Corsica, France
Famed as the birthplace of Napoleon, visitors can expect capped bright orange roofs, cobblestone streets and yachts bobbing in the harbour of this gorgeous town. Stroll along the palm-fringed waterfront and, if time permits, plunge into the glittering Mediterranean waters from one of Corsica’s magnificent beaches.
