4 Bedroom Private Pool Villa
Just 10 minutes by car from Hua Hin’s beaches and city centre, this four-bedroom villa pairs contemporary design with the privacy of a standalone residence. A recent refurbishment introduces brand-new furnishings across generous living spaces and three bathrooms. Outside, a terrace overlooks a 4m x 8m pool set within a landscaped garden.
Maid service is provided six times per week for four hours per day, with personal check-in and check-out arranged. Extra beds, food delivery, in-villa massages and car or scooter hire can be organised on request for an additional charge.
Please note: Electricity and water are not included in the rental price; it costs 6 THB per Kilowatt. Our staff reads the meters on check-in and check-out. Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.

House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
