- Not valid: Tuesday and public holidays including Good Friday (29 March), Christmas Day (25 December), Boxing Day (26 December) & New Years Day (1 January)
- Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from Melbourne City Grand Hyatt, 123 Collins St, and Lilydale Train Station
- Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:
- Any entry fees to destinations on the itinerary are at own expense
- Food and drinks are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to venue(s) visited
- Coombe Estate and Tokar Estate are closed on Monday
- Boat O’Craigo is closed on Wednesday

- Bus routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or venue unavailability

- Maximum group size per booking is six people
Cancellations:
- To be eligible for a full refund, cancellations need to be received at least 48 hours in advance. Reschedules are possible if available. Request for cancellations must be sent to contact@hopit.com.au
- Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking:
- 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
