- Departure Point: This tour takes place at The Pass (Brooke Drive, Byron Bay NSW 2481). The meeting place is beside the bottom car parking area where there is a large sign that says ‘Palm Valley’.

- Explore Byron Bay ask that guests always stay on designated footpaths and look carefully where they are walking as there can be some uneven or slippery surfaces. They also ask that guests keep a safe distance from wildlife
- If you have a prior medical condition that may prohibit you from participating in tours, then Explore Byron Bay ask that you reconsider booking
- Hotel pick-up or drop-off is not included in this tour

- Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed. In the case of sightings, guests must keep a safe distance from wildlife
- Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
- In the case of severe weather (heavy rain and dangerous winds), Explore Byron Bay will have to cancel a tour and guests will receive a full refund, or they can join another tour. Tours will still go ahead in the event of light rain and wind
