• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to bookings

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Changes include rescheduling and changing the number of guests

Availability:

• Available every day: Pick-up from 7.20am–8am; returns from 4pm–4.30pm (approximately). Times vary according to pick-up location
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Transfers available from most major Waikiki hotels – please put in your hotel name/address at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will likely result in your itinerary being modified and some inclusions may need to be removed to accommodate travel time

Important:

• Children are welcome to explore this paradise with you. Infants aged three and under are free when they ride on the lap of their parent/guardian
• Please bring cash for lunch. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
• Food, drinks and gratuities are not included in this tour
