• Not valid: Mondays, Tuesdays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and Australia Day
• Please ensure that you arrive at least five minutes ahead of booking start time. Late arrivals will shorten experience time

• Bookings are essential and subject to availability at the time of booking
• Please allow up to five hours for this experience
• As alcohol is served, all guests must be aged 18+ and be able to provide valid ID upon request

Cancellations:

• No cancellation fees are charged if more than 72 hours’ notice is given
• Cancellations received within 25–72 hours’ of reservation date are subject to 50% cancellation fee charge
• Cancellations received within 24 hours’ of reservation date are subject to 100% cancellation fee charge

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
