• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time for boarding
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location

Important:

• As whales are wild animals, it cannot be guaranteed that whales are sighted on all cruises. However this is a rare occurrence. Where whales are not sighted, guests will be offered a return cruise for use during the following three seasons (i.e. three years from date of voucher issue). This cannot be exchanged for money and refunds are not given
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Vegetarian and other specific dietary requirements can be catered for with sufficient notice – please advise at time of booking
• Food and drink other than those specified are not included. A licensed bar is on board to purchase additional drinks at own expense

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Whale Watching operates within strict maritime safety guidelines and in extreme conditions. Sydney Princess Cruises reserves the right to cancel a cruise in the interest of passenger and crew safety. In this unlikely event, guests will be offered a return cruise FOC or a refund
• Windy and rainy conditions are not reasons for a cruise cancellation. If guests choose not to travel in inclement weather they will forfeit the cost of the cruise
• During a whale watching tour, weather and/or water conditions may change rapidly without notice which may make the passage of the vessel rough and extremely uncomfortable
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals at boarding and no-shows voids offer
• All amendments are subject to an administration fee from A$10 per ticket
