• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Bookings valid to 31 October 2024

• Shangri-La Hotel does its best to avoid cross-contamination with food allergens but does not operate allergen-free kitchens. The culinary team uses the highest quality raw meats and seafood but please note consuming raw or undercooked fish, shellfish, eggs or meat increases the risk of foodborne illness
• Dietary requirements can be accommodated with minimum 24 hours' prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking
• Menu is seasonal and subject to availability. Images and sample menu have been provided as an example only
