Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%

Cancellations:

• Your booking includes a 5% non-refundable booking fee for all cancellations
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fees apply
• Please Note: On occasion, in the interest of guest safety, you may have to cancel tours due to unfavourable weather conditions. In this unlikely event, you will be offered travel on another suitable day or issued a refund, minus 5% booking fee

Changes to Booking:

24 hours notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Swimmers
  • A beach bag including a towel, hat and shoes.
  • A jacket during winter to protect you from wind and for warmth after snorkelling.
  • Cameras in a waterproof case or Tupperware.
  • Cash for water, soft drinks, beer, fruit juices and chocolates for sale on board.
  • If you have chosen not to pre-order fresh tropical lunch pack, please ensure that you bring your own as your tour does not visit any resorts during the day

Availability:

• Available every day: Check in at 9am. Departs Airlie Beach from 10am, returns 4.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: 25 December
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026
• Departure Point: Coral Sea Marina, Airlie Beach. Tours board at 9am for a strict 10am departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Courtesy bus transfers from selected Airlie Beach accommodation available to Coral Sea Marina only – please advise of your location at time of booking

Important:

• Boats are suitable for most ages from 6 months upwards (weather permitting). If you are concerned about the weather conditions for the date that you are travelling, or wish to speak to Ocean Rafting about young passengers travelling, please call on (07) 4946 6848
• Please contact the tour operator for any special dietary requirements at least the day prior to departure to ensure that a substitute can be provided or catered for
• Ocean Rafting has a no BYO alcohol policy. However you are able to bring along soft drinks and bottled water for your day
• Lunch and drinks are not included
• Tropical lunch pack must be organised prior to departure and is available for pre-order purchase directly from Ocean Rafting from $20 per person. If you have chosen not to have our fresh tropical lunch pack, please ensure that you bring your own as your tour does not visit any resorts during the day

Terms & Conditions:

• Itineraries are subject to change without notice depending on tide and weather conditions. The above information has been provided as a guideline only
• Tours are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Ocean Rafting for passenger and crew safety. If your tour is cancelled due to unsuitable weather, Ocean Rafting will contact you to advise the next suitable date
• Wildlife sightings are by their nature, wild, and therefore cannot be guaranteed
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
