Port Denarau check-in process:

• If you have checked in online proceed directly to the “wristband collection” counter. If not, please proceed to the South Sea Cruises check in counter located towards the rear of the Passenger Terminal and present this booking confirmation document to redeem your boarding passes/ticket(s) and identification wristband(s).
• Following check-in, kindly remain in the vicinity of the terminal. Boarding announcement will be made by our Customer Service personnel shortly after checking in. Please make sure you are aware of your vessel departure time (shown on your confirmation).

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

Important:

• Infants aged 0–4 may attend for free but their names and ages must be listed at time of booking
• Family rates are valid for up to two adults and up to three children aged 5–15 inclusive
• Should guests miss the courtesy coach transfers, they will need to find their own way to/from Port Denarau at their own cost. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Transfers are not available from Sonaisali Island, Momi Bay, Yanuca Island or Coral Coast for this experience

Terms and Conditions:

• Should the semi-sub not be operational due to inclement weather or maintenance issues no partial refund will be issued
• Prices are on a per-person basis and include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). If any amendments are made by the Fiji Government to the VAT and/or ECAL (and/or any new taxes) during this contract period, South Sea Cruises reserves the right to reissue the Rate Agreement in line with the official government policy to reflect any such changes
• All cruises are subject to sea and weather conditions, particularly in the interest of passenger and crew safety. If weather and sea conditions become unfavourable South Sea Cruises reserves the right to offload customers to another South Sea Cruises vessel for their comfort and safety as opposed to completing the day aboard the scheduled service
• South Sea Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and vary itineraries and services if necessary
• A fuel surcharge is currently applicable. Guests must pay the surcharge at check-in, prior to boarding via cash, international debit card, or credit card. Please note that international cards attract a 2.5–3% transaction fee
