Blackout Dates:

• Bookings are not available from 6pm on New Year’s Eve until 9am on New Year’s Day.

Important:

• This offer includes a private one-way transfer between Auckland Airport and Auckland CBD, including Auckland Queens Wharf within the Auckland CBD transfer area.
• Complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes for hotel pick-ups, 90 minutes for international arrivals, 60 minutes for domestic arrivals and 30 minutes for ferry or port arrivals.
• Additional charges may apply for extra pick-ups or set-downs en route, travel beyond Auckland CBD boundaries, bookings between 11pm and 5am, public holidays and additional waiting time.
• Child seats are available on request and may incur an additional charge of NZ$20 per seat. Please advise the number of children when booking.

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are per vehicle and valid for a one-way transfer between Auckland Airport and Auckland CBD only.
• The vehicle is valid for up to three people; three-seater vehicles are most comfortable for two people.
• Children under seven must travel in a baby capsule, baby seat or booster seat.
• Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost.
• Vehicle type is subject to change without notice. The appropriate vehicle will be allocated based on passenger numbers and availability.
• LUX Sedan and SUV limousines are not fully wheelchair accessible, but folded wheelchairs can be accommodated.
• Transfers operate in all weather conditions.
• Larger vehicles for six to 11 passengers may be available by request and at an additional charge.
• Additional personal expenses are not included and must be paid directly to the vendor.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations received at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: Full refund
• Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: No refund

Changes to Booking:

• Changes requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are subject to availability.
• Changes requested within 24 hours cannot be accommodated.
