Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100% Cancellations:

• Your booking includes a 5% non-refundable booking fee for all cancellations

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fees apply

• Please Note: On occasion, in the interest of guest safety, you may have to cancel tours due to unfavourable weather conditions. In this unlikely event, you will be offered travel on another suitable day or issued a refund, minus 5% booking fee

• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Courtesy bus transfers from selected Airlie Beach accommodation available to Coral Sea Marina only – please advise of your location at time of booking
• Surcharges apply for bookings on Queensland Public Holidays from AUD$20 per adult and AUD$10 per child, payable directly to Ocean Rafting
• Please note, Ocean Rafting bookings fill up quickly – book early to avoid disappointment

Important:

• Boats are suitable for most ages from 6 months upwards (weather permitting). If you are concerned about the weather conditions for the date that you are travelling, or wish to speak to Ocean Rafting about young passengers travelling, please call on (07) 4946 6848
• The Northern Exposure tour visits two snorkelling locations around Hook Island, each for approximately 45 minutes
• Ocean Rafting has a no BYO alcohol policy. However you are able to bring along soft drinks and bottled water for your day
• Lunch and drinks are not included
