• From 2 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to booking

• Guests are to bring swimwear for bathing
• Waterproof footwear such as thongs or slides are also recommended
• Lockers are provided, however it is recommended to leave your valuables at home
