- Pass is valid for a single visit only; any unused time will be forfeited and cannot be used at a later date

- Valid for the pass type selected at time of purchase — please make your selection carefully
- Child rate applies for children aged 2–12 years. Children under 2 are admitted free of charge but must still be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. The vendor abides by RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
- Pass is non-transferable and valid for single entry only
- Lounge conduct standards and dress code apply as per venue policy
- Late arrivals and no-shows void the offer
