- Closer to check-in you will receive a digital check-in via email, completing this will speed up your time in Port Denarau
Port Denarau check-in process:
- If you have checked in online proceed directly to the “wristband collection” counter. If not, please proceed to the South Sea Cruises check in counter located towards the rear of the Passenger Terminal and present this booking confirmation document to redeem your boarding passes/ticket(s) and identification wristband(s).
- Following check-in, kindly remain in the vicinity of the terminal. Boarding announcement will be made by our Customer Service personnel shortly after checking in. Please make sure you are aware of your vessel departure time (shown on your confirmation).
Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

Important:
- Infants aged 0–4 inclusive are complimentary but must be noted at the time of booking. Infant meals are not included and are payable directly to the resort
- Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Malolo Island Resort. Meal inclusion is valid for dine-in only
- Please allow up to 8.5 hours for this experience, including travel time. Additional travel time may be required subject to pick-up location
- Transfers are not available from Sonaisali Island, Momi Bay, Yanuca Island or Coral Coast for this experience
- Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer. Please ensure you arrive at the pick-up location in advance of the scheduled departure time
Terms & Conditions:
- Children must be under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
- South Sea Cruises reserves the right to alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and vary itineraries and services if necessary
- All cruises are subject to sea and weather conditions, particularly in the interest of passenger and crew safety. If weather and sea conditions become unfavourable, South Sea Cruises reserves the right to offload customers to another South Sea Cruises vessel for their comfort and safety as opposed to completing the day aboard the scheduled service
- Minimum numbers apply for trip to proceed. If a trip fails to satisfy minimum numbers, it may be cancelled or rescheduled
