• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid photo ID upon request. Lou’s by Horizon abides by Sale and Supply of Alcohol regulations and has the right to enforce them.
• The complimentary glass of wine is selected from the venue’s house pour list. Premium wines and upgrades may be available at the venue at an additional cost, payable directly.
• Guests who appear intoxicated may be refused service. No refund applies in this event.
• Maximum sitting time per booking is 2 hours.
• Offer cannot be combined with other table bookings, discounts or promotional offers.
• Public holiday surcharges may apply at the venue and will be payable directly to Lou’s by Horizon.

Changes to Booking

• Date and time changes can be requested up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking, subject to availability. Changes made within 24 hours of the booking cannot be guaranteed.
