• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• You must wear enclosed, flat shoes. Sports shoes or something comfortable with some grip are recommended
• Wear light and comfortable clothes such as activewear or shorts/tracksuit pants and t-shirt/jumper depending on the weather
• Don’t forget your sunglasses and to apply sunscreen to your face and hands

Requirements:

• Must be aged 8+ to participate. All child bookings (under 18s) must be accompanied by a paid participating adult aged 18+
• If you are over 75, you must also submit a Medical Form
• Minimum height for participants is 1.2 metres tall
• Minimum weight is 30kg, maximum is 134kg for participants
• Must be under 0.05% blood-alcohol concentration
• To be eligible for a concession ticket, the participant must hold a valid Australian Pension Card, Health Care Card, Seniors Health Card or Student Card

Important:

• You should have a general level of fitness and be physically and medically fit to take part. No specific training is required before the tour, however, you will be given a safety briefing and guidance from your Tour Leader on the day
• Disabilities and medical conditions are different for everyone. If you’re unsure, speak to your GP and complete the Medical Form. If you are over 75 years of age or pregnant you must also submit the Medical Form signed by your GP, no later than three days prior to your tour. • If you’re a wheelchair user or have accessibility requirements, please ensure you contact THE OZONE directly to make your booking. It’s important to ensure that they can accommodate you on the tour and ensure your safety
